Seneca Oaks offers renovated one and two bedroom floorplans featuring refrigerator, range, window coverings, cable ready, carpeting, and vinyl flooring. Our beautiful community has large grassy yards with walkways, plenty of off-street parking, playground, laundry facilities, 24 hour maintenance, WRTA Access. We are a SMOKE FREE community. 

One-bedroom rental rates starting at $700

Two-bedroom rental rates starting at $750

We allow both cats and dogs.

- Heat/gas, water, and sewer are included in the rent for a flat fee monthly fee of $55

- Electric is individually metered 

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

-We offer 12 month lease terms

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
